Aims & Objective

The special purpose and the aims and objectives for which the Trust has been created is advancement of music among community at large without discrimination of caste, creed etc will object and constitution as hereinafter set forth and to establish music institution and to undertake all ancillary, incidental or consequential measures necessary therefore.

Without restriction the generality of the aims and objectiveas stated in the foregoing, the aims and objectives reffered to above shall include the following:

1. to undertake various projects for achievement social and ecomomical rights of the people.

2. to undertake various projects for development in the field of education, health, rural development and environmental awareness.

3. to undertake various projects for Road Safety

4. to established, fund and support new institutions for betterment of upliftment of society

5. to edit, print, publish or cause to edit, print, publish books, magazines, journals, periodicals, brochures and / or any other audio or audio visual material for the advancement and dissemination of useful information on music and any other subject.

6. to promote, maintain or assist all activities by individuals or institutions anywhere in the Republic of India which are in conformity with the objects of the trust and are conducive to the wellbeing and general walfare of the society.

7. To accecpt, recieve and hold fund, finances and amounts in trust and deal with and apply the same in the absolute discretion of the Trustees for carrying out the object of this trust

8. To hold accept, recieve and hold as custodian of funds, finances and amounts which may be advanced by banks, financial institutions and / or other entities with a specific mandate that these be seployed for establishing, organising, arranging, erecting and maintaining and conducting and assisting in the establishment, organisation, erection and maintenance of places and institutions for welfare projects mandated upon it inclusing the development of health, education, economy, irrgation and agriculture in the project area solely for the local community and walfare of Tribals.

9. 10.To promote and advance the welfare and interest of the beneficiaries and generally to provide relief of poverty and distress caused by elements of nature or otherwise and for providing financial and other assistance in connection therewith irrespective of caste, class, creed, community, religion or sex of the beneficiaries.

11. To engage in any social welfare activity declared to be of priority or interest by the United Nations or any of its subsidiary, associate or affiliated bodies, Central Government of India or any State Government in India, or any foreign government recognized by the United Nations or any globally recognized social development body;

12. To establish, organize, erect and maintain and conduct, aid and assist in the establishment, organization, erection and maintenance and conduct of shelters, rehabilitation centres, homes;

13. To engage in or provide assistance for support to the economically and socially challenged sections of the society to improve their living standards, means of livelihood and quality of life.

14. To support encourage and participate in social, economic and cultural development of the people.

15. To assist, support or conduct education and literacy programmes and to establish and operate formal and/or informal schools, primary education centres, vocational training centres, workshops, coaching centres, training camps, hostels, boarding houses and other facilities for education;

16. To pay stipends, scholarships and other aid to students for pursuing or training and to advise ways and means and accord facilities to candidates to specialize in any other particular fied;

17. To encourage, undertake projects and support conservation and protection of the environment including afforestation, water management, protection of wild life, flora and fauna and conservation of all living species;

18. To promote, encourage, support and assist in the studies of education, experiments, and research for improvement in the quality of environment, ecology and pollution control including hygiene, sanitation and health;

19.To support, encourage, establish, operate, either singly or in joint venture with other establishments or institutions, enterprises or ventures or activities considered to be beneficial to the community and any profit derived therefrom shall be utilized exclusively for benefit and furtherance of the Trust;

20.To create, institute, set up, install, award, reward, confer scholarships, fellowships, stipends, honorarium to individuals, persons or associations in recognition of outstanding contribution to any field for the welfare and social furtherance of mankind;

21. To conduct, assist or support any research and development work considered beneficial to mankind, the society at large or the advancement of literature, science, music or any branch of knowledge;

22.To organize, conduct, assist, aid and support lectures, conferences, seminars, classes, debates and discussions related to the objects of the Trust;

23. To publish or commission printed matter, audio or video presentations and other means of communications for public awareness of the activities of the Trust;

24. To aid financially or otherwise work jointly with or encourage any body corporate or establishment or organization or trust having any of its objects similar to that of this Trust and to contribute moneys to any of their project or activity which are contained in the objects of this Trust;

25. To obtain the registration or recognition of any authority for the purpose of establishing any institution or branch outside the territorial limits of the Republic of India;

26. To receive, accept and acknowledge contributions, donations, grants, loans and other financial assistance for the promotion of the objects of the Trust;

27. To pay out of the funds of the Trust all costs, charges and expenses which may be lawfully paid with respect to the formation, registration, management, administration, safeguarding, protecting and furtherance of the objects and interests of the Trust;

28. To retain and/or employ skilled, professional or technical advisors and other staff and workers in connection with the objects and interests of the Trust and to pay them such fees or remunerations as may be thought expedient;

29. To establish, organize, erect and maintain and assist in the establishment, organization, erection and maintenance of to establish centres for the advancement of aid, assistance, rehabilitation, education and provision for facilities in the interest of welfare for recreation, cultural and leisure activities so as to develop physical, mental, cultural and spiritual capacities that may be conducive to full maturity as individuals and members of society and improvement of conditions of life and environment;

30. To promote and advance whether by grants or payments of money loans or advances by provision of amenities or convenience or any other shape or form whatsoever, including in particular recruitment and training of staff in various subjects and disciplines the welfare interest.

31. The Trustees shall have the power, at their discretion, to reimburse expenses where the persons have already incurred the same, as well as making direct payments for the foregoing purposes;

32. To conduct any other charitable purpose or promote any other charitable purpose as the Trustees may consider desirable or appropriate and to do all such other things either along or in conjunction with others as are incidental or conducive to the attianment of the above objects or any of them.
